Empower to Create Action offers two coaching tracks. Each runs thirteen sessions and ends in a three- to six-month project led by the leader. Leaders can take one or both.

Leadership Evolution develops the fundamentals; Empower to Create Action turns them into coached action. One teaches the ideas; the other helps a leader apply them with an executive coach, present them to peers, and put them to work in a real project.
What if a leader can't make a session?
Each track runs across multiple session weeks, with day and evening options for the same material. Leaders attend the time that fits their schedule.
Do leaders have to choose the day or evening session?
No. Each week's session is offered both during the day and in the evening, covering the same material, so leaders can attend whichever fits — and mix and match week to week. All sessions are live, never recordings.
Is this only for clinical leaders?
No. Empower to Create Action is designed for both clinical and non-clinical leaders. Bringing them together breaks down silos and gives the organization the shared footing it needs for engagement, retention, and growth.
Is this self-paced?
